Ken,

Besides your sarcasm, those peeps have GOT to be the best things around, second to reeses peanut butter cups of course.

On a serious note: How did you spend your Easter?

“How did you spend your Easter?”

I slept until 10. Put a few things up for sale on ebay, called my Brother, cleaned up the computer room and did my best to stay out of the way of the women in the kitchen.

What’d you do Scia?

Ken,

I got up around 7am because the kids were all excited about their Easter baskets. Ate a few marshmello peeps, got the ham out of the frig. and popped it into the oven and got ready for church.

After Easter service, the family came over and we prayed and ate. Can't beat it!!

How old are your kids Scia? I remember my son Zak getting up early for many holidays too excited to calm down. He'll be 20 in June.

Ken,

My kids are very young, but sometimes I think I act younger then them during the holidays!!!

I used to as well until Zak grew up. I guess now I’ll have to wait until I have some grandkids for the holidays get exciting again; except for Halloween of course! Our family has way too much fun for that holiday.

Ken,

The chocolate turtles.

Yeah, the chocolate turtles with caramel and nuts. My Grandfather loved them too. So whenever I go to his grave I leave a couple of turtles and two cigarettes on the ground. Whenever I would visit him he’d ask for one cigarette when I got there and one as I was leaving. He didn’t smoke enough to buy any, so he’d just get a few from me when he’d see me.
